OUR PHILOSOPHY

Welcome to Paul Siegert's Law

I am a veteran of the Vietnam War having served aboard the Battleship New Jersey from 1968 to 1969. I was honorably discharged from the U. S. military in 1972.

I have practiced law for 46 years. My military experience of discipline has transferred itself into my legal profession. I approach legal cases strategically and cover all aspects of the case to ensure that my client has the best chance of being successful. The mark of a great lawyer is not winning cases because many cases can be won by even average lawyers. The mark of a great lawyer is winning cases which should have been lost. I have accomplish that goal many, many times. My experience is vast. In fact, I have been selected and honored to teach other lawyers as a lecturer on the subject of how to conduct trials in New York.

Testimonial

“Paul is one of the most experienced lawyers in the State of New York having practiced law for 46 years. He has attended the finest schools in the country including Riverdale Country School, Wesleyan University and the New York University School of Law. He is an “old-fashioned” lawyer who has character, honesty and integrity. When you combine those qualities with his combative nature learned from his military experience, you will understand why a successful outcome to your case is very probable”
